Facebook thinks I'm a spammer...

I tried to comment on a friend's post, she was asking about the iPhone. I was trying to suggest she go HTC instead, and what kinds of plans she could get. But FB won't let me post the comment, it's telling me

"Message Failed

This message contains blocked content that has previously been flagged as abusive or spammy. Let us know if you think this is an error."

Spammy. Facebook just called me spammy. Because I am well-spoken, type in complete sentences, and have presented her with information that vaguely resembles a Verizon/Sprint sales pitch, I'm spammy.

So I tried to send it to her in a message. SAME STOOPID MESSAGE. WTF???

Okay, I'm all for the war against spam, but when the spam filters have gotten SO strongly out of control that friends can't share legitimate information with each other, that's a little over the top. No...that's a LOT over the top. A person on someone's FRIEND LIST should be allowed to post whatever!

This is the message that triggered the entire debacle:

"What carrier do you have Liss? If you have Verizon, they carry the HTC Hero, which is the Android phone Rick has...it's like having an iPod, but cheaper. And he LOVES his phone. And Verizon has a pretty good "all in one plan". It should include unlimited text and web, plus a lot of minutes, for one price. And Sprint's nights and weekend's start at like 7pm. You could go with like MetroPCS or one of those, which IS cheaper, but their service is much more limited than Verizon or Sprint. You know, the whole "you get what you pay for" thing? :) "

Melissa, I'm so very sorry I tried to spam you. Next time you can go look it up yourself, since Facebook is a Nazi.
